Always keep your eyes on King Jesus, but in this case, I am talking about the king of England! Prince Charles III is soon to be coronated as King Charles. Actually, Charles is already king becoming the U.K.’s monarch immediately following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II on September 8, 2022. But his official coronation will take place on May 6th at Westminster Chapel. Charles, at 74 is the oldest person in British history to be coronated king. His wife Camilla, 75, will be crowned as Queen consort during the ceremony as well.
Charles was 4 years old when his mother, Elizabeth succeeded her father in 1952 and was coronated as Queen in 1953, and you could say he has been waiting ever since for his own succession to the throne of England. Not only will Charles be coronated king of England, but he will also be anointed head of the Anglican Church or Church of England. The anointing as head of the church will be carried out by the Archbishop of Canterbury and in this case use a special anointing oil that unlike previous anointing oils will contain no animal ingredients. The mixture was specially created using olives harvested from two groves on the Mount of Olives. The olives from the Monastery of Mary Magdalene and the Monastery of the Ascension were pressed just outside of Bethlehem according to a statement from Archbishop Justin Welby.
So, why is Charles worth keeping an eye on? It’s probably safe to say that Americans and perhaps many Christians through the years have viewed Charles with little importance, lacking any real influence, and merely looking to one day add the title of king to his resume and the English history books. But don’t be naïve about Charles’ influence. It has been going on and growing for decades behind the scenes. His influence has global implications that many are unaware of. Let me share why he could be a player in events that prophetically shape the final stage of history.
“The Great Reset” is a relatively recent expression denoting an agenda that reflects a global reshuffling of, well, everything. Everything from the world economy, health care, human rights, climate control, to world governance and every imaginable area of national and personal life. The reset is an agenda item of the World Economic Forum (WEF) which hosts its exclusive annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland each year with the world’s most elite government and business leaders. The Great Reset is the little-known brainchild of Klaus Schwab and Prince Charles who are generally considered the originators, or at least the propagators of this one world global agenda. In fact, it was Charles in a keynote address at the 2020 WEF gathering who launched The Great Reset stating, “We have a golden opportunity to seize something good from this [coronavirus] crisis — its unprecedented shockwaves may well make people more receptive to big visions of change … It is an opportunity we have never had before and may never have again.” Schwab has written that “all aspects of our societies and economies” must be “revamped,” from education to social contracts and working conditions. Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed … In short, we need a ‘Great Reset’ of capitalism.” Shortly after the launch, The Hill wrote: “Although many details about The Great Reset won’t be rolled out until the World Economic Forum meets in Davos in January 2021, the general principles of the plan are clear: The world needs massive new government programs and far-reaching policies … Or put another way, we need a form of socialism.” By the way, you might find the following article (among hundreds) of interest.
Unlike his mother as the head of the Church of England, Charles has indicated that he sees his role as one of protecting faith, not “The Faith” as his mother the Queen had made clear was her responsibility. By the way, did you know that in the city square in the town of Palmas in central Brazil they have placed a life-size statue of King Charles, complete with angelic/demonic wings and clothed in a loincloth. At the base of the statue are human bodies clamoring upward toward him, with the inscription… “Savior of the World.” Upon his visit to the city a ceremony was conducted in which Charles was presented a replica of the statue in which he said, “I am amazed and deeply touched.”
Wouldn’t a better response as “head” of the church of England be…thus sayeth the Lord, “You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me,” (Exodus 20:3–5)… So, tear it down! There is plenty more to say, but I am out of space. Keep reading and remember, God is always trying to take you someplace new.
